I just purchased a gns3 unit for my home desktop computer.  Up to now, I still do not know how to connect it.  I have tried calling customer service about it but all I got was a lot more questions instead of answers.  I do not think they were living in the same area code as I am.  I am not even sure if they were speaking English!

All I really wanted to know was how to connect gns3 to internet cables so I will know how to connect gns3 to the internet.  Apparently that is not enough.  First, I have to learn a new language before I can even think of hooking up anything.  Is anything in life simple anymore?  What happened to simple plug and play?  It used to be I just turn the power on and it does everything for me.  Now all it does is catch dust, take space and look like a glorified paperweight.

I am looking for any help I can get.  If any of you out there know the solution to my problem, please help me out.  I am already at my wits end and I have reports to finish by the end of the month.  I am looking for engineers and technicians or anyone with a background in electronics.
