The internet is a wonderful thing to have and there are not many people in the world today, that dont use it. It can be used for research for that paper you are writing or it can be used also to connect phone service, through your modem on your computer. They now have Vonage which if you decide to use it for your phone, once your purchase the phone, they include the paperwork on how to connect vonage to internet. From what I understand, it is a cheaper phone service and allot of people are using it. Even if you are a gamer, you can get the software on how to connect dsi to the internet. Many people are not using the typical phone service and are using either Vonage or their cell phones, as their only phones. I guess it all depends on your lifestyle which one would be the best for you to use. I have quite a few friends that use the Vonage and they said that it was easy to set up and thay havent had any problems using it. So, if you have any problems, just allow your kids to connect it for you. Since the internet is the new wave of the future, and your kids know more about the internet than the parents, it is easier for them.
